In Stock Vs. Made to Order 

In stock items usually ship within three working days. Items for which you place an order, if all goes as planned, can take 1-5 weeks to be processed and shipped. 

International Shipping / Custom Tax

I have been using Fedex as my carrier since they give me a 50% discount in all international orders, they  usually takes three days to a week for packages to arrive in most countries, and  Fedex is reliable when it comes to tracking packages and fast at returning funds when an item is lost…  but as I opened this website I saw that thanks to Shopify, you will have even lower rates from UPS that also arrive in just a few days. Flat rates from Fedex, as well as flat and calculated  rates from UPS, USPS and DHL, will be available options for you at the time of check out. 

You are responsible for paying duties and taxes. I can't change the value of the item or mark as a gift but I can calculate the custom tax you will owe. It is important that you provide a phone number or contact email so that customs can contact you to acquire fees. If the item is returned at my expense the order will be canceled and I will deduct the shipping back fee from your store credit.

Domestic Shipping

Flat rates from Fedex, as well as flat and calculated  rates from UPS and USPS will be available options for you at the time of check out. Standard shipping services usually take 2-6 days to deliver a package.

Extended Delays

The main reasons for extended delays are high demand, mold repairs, natural disasters and physical health. When your piece enters a “mold repair” phase, you will be notified and at that time, you will have the option of switching your order for another item that closely matches its price, otherwise I may allow myself additional time to complete it, no to exceed ten weeks from the time you placed the order. If I can't complete your order you will receive a full refund after ten weeks. You agree not to charge your credit card back during the ten weeks I have to complete your order. I reserve the right to cancel your order at anytime and in that case, immediately issue a full refund
