There is something quite special about this toy, he is very similar to Cassini with that addictive springy feeling but on Sputnik the middle bulge is almost enough, it makes you feel like you've conquered the whole thing but then there is more, and conquering the final knot brings a very fulfilling sensation of accomplishment.

But be warned, Sputnik XL is one of the first toys I have made that sets foot on second hole terrain, especially after the final knot.

SOFT: Shore 00 30, known as number 3 in the durometer scale (ECOFLEX 00 30 BY SMOOTH ON)

MED FIRM: Shore 00 50, known as number 5 in the durometer scale (ECOFLEX 00 50 BY SMOOTH ON)

GOLDILOCKS: A 70/30 mix of Soft and Med Firm (recommended)
